development and implementation of corporate Human Resources policies and procedures. His responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Monitoring all aspects of HR operations and delegating tasks as necessary to the Director of Personnel.

In addition to daily responsibilities, the CHRO is responsible for managing the AAVA Conflict Resolution process (outlined in the company AOH) and ensuring that issues or violations relating to organizational policies (including the Code of Conduct) are addressed promptly and professionally. Furthermore, the CHRO coordinates with Operations personnel to ensure proper documentation of actions taken by VPs and Directors.

    Experience

As the CHRO, I understand that teamwork is essential for a thriving workplace. We focus on creating an environment where collaboration is natural and seamless. Through team-building activities, cross-departmental projects, and open communication channels, we foster a culture where every team member feels valued and empowered. By promoting mutual respect and shared goals, we enhance productivity and ensure that our teams work together efficiently and harmoniously.

Self-development is at the heart of our HR strategy. As the CHRO, I am dedicated to providing opportunities for continuous learning and development. We offer a variety of training programs, mentorship opportunities, and career development resources to help employees advance their skills and achieve their professional goals. Encouraging self-development not only enhances individual performance but also drives innovation and growth within our organization. By investing in our employees’ development, we build a more competent and motivated workforce.

Sociality is a key component of our organizational culture. As the CHRO, I prioritize creating a workplace where social connections are nurtured and valued. We organize social events, networking opportunities, and community engagement activities to strengthen relationships among employees. By fostering a sense of belonging and inclusivity, we enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
